Step 2: Leverage the Library

  • Getting Started with the Lead Forward Library: Spend a few minutes reading the following 3 lessons under Getting Started before you dive into content.

    • Navigating the Lead Forward Library

    • Your Growth Mindset Matters

    • Designing Your Leadership Journey

  • Browse the Lead Forward Library: Choose a Chapter that resonates with your goals or current leadership challenge. The various lessons within the Chapter have been written to provide focus and applicability. A lesson takes <10 minutes to read, so it is easy to fit into your busy day.

Step 3: Join the Conversation

  • Introduce yourself in the Community Forum: Ask a question, share a takeaway, or reflect on something you’ve learned so far.

  • Go deeper with Additional Resources: At the end of the lesson, you’ll find the Additional Resources section with links to books & articles, templates, podcasts & TED Talks, as well as classes & coachings that amplify what you learned within the lesson. Follow what sparks your curiosity.

Step 4: Explore the World of Coaching

  • Scout out your 1:1 Coach: Take a moment to browse coach bios and choose someone who fits your style. When you find them, schedule a session to begin building you relationship. They are a great resource for personalizing your Lead Forward HQ journey or supporting you on a challenge.

  • Consider an upcoming Group Coaching Cohort: These are powerful spaces to learn from experts and alongside peers as you reflect on real-world challenges together. Join a cohort when the topic aligns with something real you’re navigating.

Step 5: Reflect & Repeat

  • Use reflection prompts to decide what to explore next:

    • What part of leadership feels hardest for me right now?

    • Where do I want to grow more confident or consistent?

  • Return to the Library: Explore the topic that aligns with your reflection.

  • Deepen your learning with a related class, group coaching, or 1:1 session to apply what you’re discovering to your role.

  • Repeat the process and watch your small, consistent efforts turn into competence, confidence, and real leadership growth.
